Our cancellation conditions are based upon the rules and regulations of the Royal Dutch HotelIndustry:You can pay in cash upon arrival. In case of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival there is nocancellation fee. In case of cancellation between 14 and 7 days we charge 35%, between 7 and 3days 60% and less than 3 days 85% and 24 hours or less 100%. Of course you can have other guestsfill in your vacancy.We advise you to take out a cancellation insurance policy.
